Summit. Solidarity. Self.

What task is too small? What role is beneath me? Is there anything I am not willing to do for this team to win, or for this team to operate at its highest level?

Summit-Solidarity-Self: this simple framework is a powerful way to help teams get and keep their priorities in order. Focus on the Summit must come first, providing us absolute clarity and conviction about our ultimate goal(s). Once we know what we’re going after, we can decide how we want to go after it. Solidarity—unity of mind, heart, and action—is the how. Solidarity demonstrates a clear alignment and shared commitment to our Summit goals. Self follows Summit and Solidarity—not because self does not matter, but because every individual on our team will benefit when we each go all in on our goals and our way.

Learn how to:
  • Apply the Summit-Solidarity-Self framework to your team and your journey. What are your goals? How can your team continuously pursue solidarity? How can team members develop the selflessness, courage, and toughness needed to put self in service of the team and our goals?
  • Keep priorities in order by continuously evangelizing the converted and closing the energy loop, reminding team members of our goals, our why, the benefits, rewards, and realistic timeline.
